Building Beauty After the Storm: My Project with Carolina Flowers

When Hurricane Helene swept through our region, it left behind more than just damage—it opened the door to new beginnings. One of those stories belongs to Carolina Flowers, a beloved local business whose resilience turned devastation into opportunity. After the storm, they made the bold decision to relocate and expand their operations. That’s where I came in.

The Vision

Carolina Flowers needed a workspace that could match their creativity and growing demand. I was honored to be brought on to help bring that vision to life. The project included:

  • Industrial Shelving: Sturdy, functional, and built to last—perfect for organizing supplies and keeping the studio efficient.

  • Custom Tool Wall: Designed specifically for bouquet tools, this wall keeps everything within reach and beautifully displayed.

  • Five 9-Foot Workbenches: These were the heart of the build. Each bench offers generous space for arranging flowers, with a drawer tucked underneath for storing flower paper. They’re not just practical—they’re beautiful, too.

Problem-Solving with Purpose

Every project presents its own set of challenges, and this one was no exception. But I genuinely enjoy solving problems for my clients—whether it’s finding the right materials, adjusting designs on the fly, or making sure every detail serves a purpose. It’s not just about building things; it’s about building solutions.

For the Glory of God

I believe that good work is a form of worship. Whether I’m crafting a workbench or installing a shelf, I strive to do it with excellence, integrity, and care. My goal is always to serve others well and reflect the creativity and order of the One who made me.

A New Chapter for Carolina Flowers

Seeing Carolina Flowers thrive in their new space has been deeply rewarding. Their studio is now a place where artistry meets functionality—a space that supports their mission and inspires their team. I’m grateful to have played a small part in their journey.

If you're facing a challenge or dreaming up a new space, I’d love to help you bring it to life. Let’s build something beautiful—together.
